Contact and corrections
If something on this site is wrong, out of date or unclear, we want to know. Rules and fines change, and a correction from a reader helps every rider who comes after.
What to include in a correction
- The page address and the sentence or table row you think is wrong.
- What you believe is correct, with a link to an official source if you have one, such as a gazette notification, a transport department page or a traffic police notice.
- Which state your point applies to, if it is about fines or local enforcement.
Please do not send copies of your licence, RC or other personal documents. We do not need them to check a correction.
What happens next
We review every correction against the source, update the page if it is wrong, change the page's checked date, and record the change in the corrections log. We cannot give legal advice about individual challans or cases.
